These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Geta9 platform (geta9.bet) and all associated services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions.

Geta9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms do not apply to anyone under 18 — they may not use any Geta9 services. Geta9 may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

To register an account on Geta9, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false or incorrect information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

Information required for registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Current address

KYC Verification Process:

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, Geta9 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. The following documents may be required before processing withdrawals or for high-value transactions:

• Photo of national ID card or passport
• Selfie photo holding your ID
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is detected, contact Geta9 support immediately.

Geta9 supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
• Failed deposits will be refunded within 3 business days

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Processing is completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed

Geta9 complies with anti-money laundering laws. If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected, the associated account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Users may be required to submit relevant documentation in such cases.

The following rules are mandatory for all members placing bets on Geta9 and apply equally to everyone without exception.

General Betting Rules:

• Minimum bet: ৳20
• Maximum single bet: determined by account tier
• Maximum winnings per event are subject to a specified limit
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final

Bet Cancellation Terms:

A bet will be considered void and the stake returned under the following circumstances:

• If the match or event does not take place
• If an event is cancelled or suspended mid-way (before the scheduled time)
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• If an event is not completed due to force majeure

Geta9 reserves the right to void any bet, set limits, or close any market. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, Geta9 reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.

Geta9 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus Terms:

• Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — per person, household, or device
• Bonus wagering multiplier is typically 10x to 30x

General Bonus Rules:

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus funds — wagering requirements must be completed first
• Certain games or markets may apply to bets placed with bonus funds
• Any existing bonus balance may need to be cleared before taking advantage of a new promotion
• Geta9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time

Geta9 believes gaming is for entertainment — not to cause harm. We operate with every member's mental wellbeing and financial safety in mind. Responsible gaming is a core principle of our platform.

Tools available to users:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum stake per single bet
• Session Time Limit: Limit your continuous gaming sessions
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for a set period

Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends. No marketing or promotional emails will be sent during this time. Geta9 strictly upholds this commitment.

Geta9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If these terms and conditions are violated
• If evidence of fraud or forgery is found
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• If money laundering is suspected
• Using a fake or someone else's identity
• If technical vulnerabilities of the platform are exploited

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded — however, active bonuses will be forfeited.

Geta9 is not liable for any financial losses or missed opportunities arising from use of the platform. This also applies to losses caused by internet disconnection, technical errors, or third-party issues.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Start by sending a detailed complaint to support@geta9.bet
2. Geta9 will provide an initial response within 7 business days
3. Complex disputes may take up to 15 business days to resolve
4. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be resolved through a neutral third party

Geta9 reserves the right to update its Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via their registered email.

• Minor changes may take effect immediately
• Major changes are generally preceded by 7 days' notice
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page

If you object to any change in the terms, please request account closure before the change takes effect. Any valid balance will be refunded in full.
